Reading: Environmental Economics

A reading to learn about the economics of Earth’s environment and climate.

Students will read and discuss topics on the economics of the environment. These topics include the different approaches used by economists to analyze environmental issues, various applications of economic theory to environmental issues, techniques for economic analysis of the environment, and various environmental policy options. Students will study and analyze environmental policies for fisheries management, sustainable agriculture, and climate change.
